Le plan climat-air-énergie territorial (PCAET) dans les Hauts-de-France Le plan climat-air-énergie territorial (PCAET), nouveau nom depuis le 28 juin 2016 du plan climat-énergie territorial (PCET), est une démarche de développement durable axée spécifiquement sur la lutte contre les changements climatiques. la loi relative à la transition énergétique pour la croissance verte (LTECV) a renforcé le rôle des collectivités territoriales dans la lutte contre le changement climatique, via notamment la mise en place de plans climat-air-énergie territoriaux.
