Une modification sur le vallon de Saint Joseph a été approuvé le 12 juin 2023. Ce zonage concerne le PPRi d'AJACCIO dans les bassins versants d' Arbitrone, San Remedio, la Madonuccia, Valle Maggiore et le Vallon de Saint Joseph. Il comprend : - une zone de précaution (zonage vert) - une zone constructible avec précaution (zonage jaune) - une zone inconstructible (zonage rouge) - 4 zones urbaines appelées "ZU1", "ZU2", "ZU3" et "ZU4". - une zone en rouge hachurée.
