Suivis environnementaux des parcs éoliens en Normandie En France, les suivis environnementaux éoliens sont réglementés par le Code de l'environnement (article L554-1) ainsi que par les autorisations administratives délivrées pour chaque projet éolien. L’article 12 de l’arrêté ministériel du 26 août 2011 stipule qu’"Au moins une fois au cours des trois premières années de fonctionnement de l’installation puis une fois tous les dix ans, l’exploitant met en place un suivi environnemental permettant notamment d’estimer la mortalité de l’avifaune et des chiroptères due à la présence des aérogénérateurs".
