La restriction d’usage en matière de sols pollués est une limitation du droit de disposer de la propriété d’un terrain. Cette limitation attachée à une parcelle consiste en un ensemble de recommandations, de précautions, voire d’interdictions sur la manière d’utiliser, d’entretenir, de construire ou d’aménager, compte tenu de la présence de substances polluantes dans les sols.
