Bande de précaution - Normandie En complément de ces 3 types de zones sous le niveau marin, des bandes de précaution ont été représentées sur l’atlas des ZNM au niveau des ouvrages de protection (digues classées au titre de la sécurité des ouvrages hydrauliques présentant des enjeux) et des cordons dunaires naturels jouant un rôle de protection vis-à-vis des populations dès lors que le terrain derrière est plus bas que le niveau marin extrême de référence augmenté de 0,2 m (NMER+0,2 m).
